Job Description

Looking for immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period who can join us by the 3rd week of September 2025 at the latest. Open for Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai location

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support OpenText Exstream templates and applications, including complex page designs, data mapping, and multi-channel output (print, email, etc.).
• Lead development efforts on customer communication management solutions using Exstream modules such as Communication Server, Content Author, Design Manager, Empower, and Live Editor.
• Analyze and debug issues, handle error resolution, and ensure high-quality deliverables in production environments.
• Work with various data formats including XML, JSON, columnar, delimited files, and reports for dynamic document generation.
• Participate in migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects from legacy CCM systems to newer Exstream versions or cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and coding standards.
• Support automation and scripting efforts using languages like Perl or Python to streamline development and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Scrum / Kanban for project management and delivery.
• Engage with clients or stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
