Post : VP - ECM Sales (Equity Capital Markets)
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : CA / MBA with 12+ years experience in ECM / capital markets sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Equity Capital Market transactions (IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issues, etc.)
- Manage client relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and stakeholders
- Originate new business opportunities and drive ECM sales strategy
- Oversee end-to-end deal execution, negotiations, and closings
- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Legal & Compliance teams for smooth execution
