Mandatory Requirements :
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions, client demos, and POCs with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Hands-on experience in solutioning, configuring, and implementing technical SaaS demos.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and integration workflows.
- Must come from a B2B SaaS product background.
Preferred :
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client pipelines and deal stages.Exposure to FinTech, billing, accounting, or revenue recognition systems understanding concepts such as contracts, invoices, receivables, and pricing models.Background in computer science or prior coding experience (advantageous).Role & Responsibilities :
Solutioning & Implementation :
Understand client billing models and configure contracts, pricing, and invoicing workflows.Lead customer pilots and implementations ensuring complete onboarding within 38 weeks.Translate complex customer requirements into structured product configurations and & Technical Discovery :Support the sales team in live demos, sandbox configurations, and RFP responses.Conduct discovery calls to map capabilities with customer needs.Create and maintain customized demo environments showcasing real use Collaboration & Escalation :Represent the voice of the customer across product, tech, and sales teams.Provide structured feedback and assist with troubleshooting or escalation where required.Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams.Documentation & Enablement :
Prepare client-specific onboarding and configuration documentation.Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training content, and playbooks.Communicate clearly across both business and technical stakeholders.Ideal Candidate :
