About the Role :

We’re seeking a Category Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager to build annual growth plans and marketing strategies that strengthen category performance and drive consumer acquisition for a leading beauty & lifestyle platform.

Key Responsibilities :

🛒 Develop yearly category growth plans and collaborate with marketing teams to bring them to life.

📊 Analyze consumer behavior and identify insights to drive category expansion and recruit new users.

📈 Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand plans, market trends, and business priorities.

🚀 Partner with cross-functional teams to translate growth ambitions into actionable quarterly and monthly plans.

📣 Lead 360° communication campaigns for key brands, launches, and import / global store collaborations.

🤝 Own the user journey (onsite & offsite) and ensure best-in-class category and brand experiences.

Requirements :

✅ 5–8 years of experience in category growth, brand strategy, or marketing planning

✅ Strong business acumen and analytical ability to derive insights from data & consumer behavior

✅ Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills

✅ Creative problem-solving mindset with first-principles thinking

✅ Experience in FMCG, D2C, or beauty / lifestyle brands preferred

Preferred :

⭐ Exposure to integrated brand campaigns and cross-functional strategy planning

⭐ Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
