- Design like a pro in Canva / Figma / Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Understands brand language, tonality, consistency and all that jazz!
- Think like a consumer and create like a marketer
- Believe God lives in the details Balances creativity with functionality
- Have a quick turnaround time
- Can build design concepts independently with minimal inputs (we trust your brain)
- Know when to defend and slaughter your darlings with logic Love organized layers, colour palettes, and proper nomenclature (we respect that)
- Use AI tools like they’re your creative sidekick
