Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales and Commercial Governance & Compliance – Drive adherence to internal sales governance policies, lead commercial review board (CRB) calls along with business. Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Business and Procurement team to ensure control compliance and transparency in sales process as per sales governance policy.
- Oversee sales governance team and works towards faster closure of sales contracts with clients.
- Lead commercial reviews with business and opportunity lead to ensure sales meet benchmark profitability and provide relevant input.
- Process Improvement – drive overall sales governance process improvement
Key Skills Required :
Knowledge of Indian construction and CRE contracting norms (Item-rate, FIDIC, EPC, DBFO, PMC, etc.)Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (BOCW, CLRA, GST, IT, MSME, statutory audits, insurance norms)Contract drafting, negotiation and administrationRisk management and mitigation planningClaims and dispute resolution frameworkCommercial analytics and financial acumenBehavioral / Leadership skill requirement :
Stakeholder management and negotiation skillsProblem solving and analytical thinkingHigh governance mindset and ethics orientedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEducational Background Required :
BE / B Tech in Civil EngineeringMBA in Finance / Operation / Construction ManagementIndustry relevant certifications (RICS, PMP, FIDIC Contract Management Certifications etc) shall be given preference.Skills Required
