About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant EBS Financials to drive complex Oracle EBS Finance implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, XLA, SLA) and a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.

This role requires strong hands-on functional skills, upgrade / implementation expertise, and business process leadership to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle Finance solutions that align with enterprise financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver Oracle EBS Financials implementations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on configuration, solution design, and functional expertise across Finance modules : GL, AP, AR, CE, FA, XLA, SLA.
• Manage Finance Cloud configurations, including data conversions, integrations, and end-to-end testing for core Finance processes.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and translate business needs into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Drive end-to-end testing cycles and validate system functionality across multiple financial modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and test interfaces, customizations, and extensions.
• Work closely with Oracle Support for Sev-1 issue resolution, ensuring system stability in production.
• Document and manage project deliverables, approvals, and change management processes.
• Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
