Job Title : Marketing Manager – Brand Kwality.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Breakfast Cereals and Masala product category, with a focus on our brand Kwality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth and increase brand awareness through ATL, BTL, and digital activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, a deep understanding of the Indian market, and an ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Kwality, including ATL, BTL, and digital activities, with a focus on driving brand awareness and growth.
• Manage the development and execution of all ATL activities, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising, ensuring messaging is consistent with the brand's positioning and resonates with the target audience.
• Oversee the development and execution of all BTL activities, including events, sampling, and activations, ensuring they are integrated with the overall marketing strategy and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, search, and e-commerce, leveraging data and analytics to optimize performance and drive ROI.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Manage and lead the development of marketing materials, such as advertising, promotions, and packaging, ensuring they align with brand standards and are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns , using data to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and channel partners, to drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape , and use this information to inform marketing strategies.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is in line with strategic objectives and ROI goals
