Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead all customer acquisition efforts across paid and organic channels.
Your focus will be on creating high-converting funnels that fuel lead generation, pipeline growth, and sustainable revenue.
You’ll work cross-functionally to align paid media, SEO, and content strategies, managing performance campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
This role demands a marketer with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills — someone who knows how to turn traffic into measurable conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads , Meta , and LinkedIn .
- Build and manage acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Partner with content and sales teams to align messaging with buyer intent.
- Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead-to-sale ratio).
- Lead A / B tests on landing pages, creative assets, and CTAs.
- Optimize media mix and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Identify new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to executives.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing.Proven success in lead-generation campaigns and conversion optimization.Strong grasp of Google Ads , Meta Ads , and CRM-based targeting.Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 , HubSpot , and Data Studio .Excellent project management and communication skills.Experience with SaaS, B2B, or e-commerce industries is a plus.Why Join Us

Compensation
Salary : $16,000–$20,000 / monthBonus : Based on quarterly lead generation and ROI metricsBenefits : Global exposure, hybrid work model, and growth track to Director-level roles
