About the Role :

Pitching & Client Billing

• Commercial Proposal Presentation to Management for D&B RFP / Pitches & Manage Pre-Contract Activity
• Prepare / review / modify cost proposal (indicative budget / detailed budget) at pitching stage / RFP from sketch drawings after coordination with Designer (external or inhouse)
• Coordination with MEP consultant / Team for incorporation of cost and specification in cost proposal
• Vendor Cost with supporting documentation for all GC Project pitches
• Value engineering to rationalize the cost.
• Documenting the preamble and specification meticulously in line with Budget and Drawing detailing
