What You'll Do Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for niche and high-volume roles across multiple technology domains. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, social platforms, and industry networks. Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future skill requirements. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process. Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance team capability and performance. What You'll Bring 10–15 years of proven experience in technical recruitment within IT / Technology domains. Strong expertise in sourcing for complex technical roles (e.G., Cloud, AI / ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity). Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership decisions. Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques. Deep understanding of technology trends and talent market dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
