Role Overview

You’ll play a vital role in training and supporting Government Officers, Contractors, and PMCs on how to effectively use Novade software to improve project controls and digital workflows on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit construction sites to guide digital adoption of Novade tools
• Conduct process analysis and execute implementation
• Lead training sessions for officers, contractors and Project Management Cos
• Capture user feedback and manage stakeholder relationships
• Document success stories, risks, and improvements
• Local travel required – vehicle and license mandatory
