Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive / Legal Manager – Land Due Diligence & Acquisition at RUDRA HOSPITALITIES, located in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting legal due diligence of land and property, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on property-related matters, and ensuring compliance with property laws. The candidate will also be responsible for conveyancing activities including sale deeds, lease deeds, and other property-related transactions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing

Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice

Proficient in Law, particularly related to land and property

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site and collaborate with other teams

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher

Relevant experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
