Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the
analytical engine
of the business — translating data into insight, identifying process gaps, and enabling technology teams with structured, validated business requirements. You’ll collaborate with multiple functions — operations, product, engineering, and
customers
— to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Understanding & Process Mapping
Partner with stakeholders to understand core operational processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Map and document “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflows across logistics, SCM, and manufacturing functions.
Identify automation and digitization opportunities that can enhance speed, visibility, and accuracy.
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Gather, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance drivers.
Build and maintain
BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau)
and reports to track KPIs across operations, customer delivery, and cost optimization.
Present insights that guide business decisions — from process redesign to product enhancements.
3. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
Work with cross-functional teams to define business needs and translate them into
clear, structured requirements
for development.
Draft
BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
that reflect measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with product and tech teams during UAT and deployment to ensure solutions align with expectations.
Design and Deliver Solutions to customers with strong support and lead Change Management with Customer Support Teams at the customer's end.
4. ERP & System Enablement
Support ERP or related platform implementations by aligning configurations with process logic.
Validate data accuracy, process flows, and system usability through real-time testing and feedback loops.
5. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Monitor post-implementation performance and adoption.
Recommend data-backed improvements to drive ROI, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Engineering, Business, Information Systems
, or related discipline.
1–5 years of experience
as a
Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Process Analyst
, preferably in
logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain
Proven track record of working in
startup or fast-paced environments
Experience in
ERP implementation or process automation
projects is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of
logistics, SCM, or manufacturing workflows
Strong proficiency in
Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau
Hands-on experience with
data modeling, KPIs, and performance dashboards
Familiarity with
ERP, WMS, CRM, or similar systems
Excellent
requirement documentation, process mapping, and analytical skills
Knowledge of
Agile collaboration tools
(Jira, Confluence) preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to decision-making.
