Meta Ads Marketer / Performance Marketer (4–5 Years Experience)

Location : Noida (In-office only)

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist) with 4–5 years of proven experience in scaling ROI-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and a track record of building high-converting creatives and landing pages.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network.
Build and refine high-converting creatives and landing pages to maximize CTR, leads, and sales.
Own budgets and bidding strategies to deliver strong ROI / ROAS.
Conduct A / B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and funnels.
Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager.
Monitor KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS, LTV) and present data-backed insights.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and competitor benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Meta Ads Marketer / Performance Marketer.

Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through creative strategies and landing page optimization.

Strong expertise in Business Manager, Ads Manager & Events Manager.

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
