HITLAB is seeking a skilled Freelance Video Editor to create, edit, and optimize digital video content for events, webinars, research storytelling, social media campaigns, and teasers. This role requires advanced video editing expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency with top video editing applications to deliver professional, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage from events, interviews, and webinars into polished final videos suitable for digital distribution.
• Apply motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and branding elements consistently across content.
• Create short-form video clips optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage audio balancing, noise reduction, color correction, and subtitles / captioning for accessibility.
• Collaborate remotely with HITLAB’s communications and design teams, demonstrating clear and proactive communication throughout projects.
• Organize and maintain video assets within shared cloud-based systems.
• Apply updated formats, styles and aspects of editing.
