▷ Urgent Search : Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as Scrum Master for two large agile teams across mobile and web product verticals.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate sprint cycles for : Mobile Apps : Customer, Partner & Ops (Flutter), Web Applications : GK360, Partner Web (ReactJS), Backend Services : Node.js, QA : Selenium-based testing, Product Managers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among Product Owners, Deliver Manager, Developers, and QA teams.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments across the Customer, Partner, and Ops platforms.
• Maintain and track product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts, and development velocity.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies – and work to remove blockers.
• Promote Agile best practices and coach teams for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with leadership and stakeholders to map out product roadmaps and align sprint goals.
• Help refine and manage Release Plans and development lifecycle documentation.

Leverage data to track productivity and sprint health, and surface insights for better delivery planning.
