Quality Analyst

Job descriptionPerform functional, regression, integration, UI / UX, and smoke testing. Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing. Validate bug fixes and ensure proper retesting. Contribute to test documentation and maintain testing standards. Provide feedback on usability, performance, and overall product quality. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Proven experience in software QA or testing Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC Experience with web and mobile application testing Skilled in functional, regression, integration, and UI / UX testing Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger) Understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus Fast-growing and rewarding work environment Opportunity to work with India's top education platform
