Job description

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of Voice AI!

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You'll be working on cutting-edge AI solutions, combining backend excellence with intelligent AI integrations. This is a hybrid position based in Thane, where you'll have the opportunity to work on :

🔧 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express / Fastify) or Python (FastAPI)
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching layers
Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes

🤖 𝗔𝗜 & 𝗠𝗟 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Train and fine-tune foundation AI models

Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Develop AI personas with advanced personalization

Customize image and video generation models

Integrate LangChain, Langgraph, Mastra AI, and Vercel AI SDK

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

3+ years of professional backend development experience

Strong expertise in Node.js (Express or Fastify)

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes

Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, Mastra AI, or Vercel AI SDK)

Problem-solving mindset and passion for AI-driven solutions

Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture
