Growth Valley Community (GVC) isn’t just another startup. We’re creating a global entrepreneurial ecosystem where young minds learn from top-tier mentors (alumni of Harvard, MIT, Columbia, Stanford, supported by IITians) to develop real, hands-on ventures. Our mission : transform ambitious teens into global innovators, equipping them with the entrepreneurial skills and mindset to shape the future. We’re in a high-growth phase and looking for versatile, action-oriented talent to help take us from 0 to 1.

The Role – Founders’ Office :

As part of the Founders’ Office, you’ll operate as a dynamic force multiplier for our leadership team. This role is for the ultimate “Swiss-army knife” professional—someone who thrives on ambiguity, embraces steep learning curves, and takes decisive action in any situation. You’re not here to follow checklists; you’re here to create and execute them.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Projects : Conduct market analyses, identify new business models, and shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Business Development : Scout partnerships, build relationships with educational institutions or strategic allies, and help forge collaborations that expand GVC’s global reach.
  • Operational Efficiency : Identify bottlenecks, streamline internal processes, and ensure that critical initiatives move swiftly from concept to reality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and mentor teams to ensure alignment and rapid iteration—translating high-level visions into tangible outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Action-Oriented Builders : Former founders, hustlers, and self-starters who don’t wait for instructions, but take ownership and drive forward.
  • Adaptable & Curious : Comfortable with changing priorities and eager to learn as GenAI, edtech trends, and global opportunities evolve. If you don’t know something, you’ll figure it out.
  • High Integrity & Standards : We value accountability, ethical practice, and a relentless bias for action. Skill gaps can be fixed; will gaps can’t.
  • No pure consultant mindset : We respect analytical thinking, but this isn’t a consultancy role. We need builders, not advisors. We’re about doing, not just suggesting.
