Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Processing : Assist in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Data Management : Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.

Reporting : Generate and analyse payroll reports to support financial and operational decision-making.

Support : Provide administrative support for payroll-related inquiries and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues.

What We’re Looking For :

Educational Background : Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Attention to Detail : Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software.
