We are seeking a hands-on GTM and Growth Lead to launch and scale our new service lines and products. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated to create systems, close deals, and drive growth from the ground up.
What You Will Own
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new business lines and product offerings
- Define ICPs, refine positioning, and conduct segmentation analysis
- Lead competitive research and market validation
Sales and Pipeline Management
Create and manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closeBuild targeted outreach strategies across multiple channelsDeliver effective pitch narratives that align with client needs and industry trendsNegotiate and close contracts with enterprise and mid-market clientsGrowth Operations

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, SaaS, or digital servicesProven ability to build and execute a sales or GTM strategy from scratchStrong storytelling and proposal development skillsHands-on operator with experience setting up CRM and pipeline toolsAnalytical mindset with ability to test, measure, and optimize GTM performanceBonus if you have
