Job descriptionTo recruit the required manpower as per the customer requirementKeeping record of statutory compliances.Sending reports / MIS to top management.Verifying the vendor bills.Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;Company employee communication;Maintaining the punching details of the employees and reporting the details to the customer for approval.Maintaining the OT details, and reporting the same to the customer for approvalMaintaining employee files and the HR filing system;Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR departmentOversees the human resource database.Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.Complete monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.Compute and records payroll data as scheduled.Providing payroll information regarding merit increases to managers as requested.Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls.Receiving and tracking of employment applications.Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.Ensure 5S in the department.Adherance to the training calender plan.Arrange and provide training for the employees as per the training calender plan.To ensure regular training of operators to enhance productivityMaintaining the master records of trainings conducted.Identifying the training needs from qualification matrix and skill matrixInvolvement with all the area HOD for training conducts.Follow - up with the team for achieving the training targets .Check effectiveness of training conducted in a month along with respective department shift incharde / HoD on monthly basisCoordinate with Head Office for planning & conducting external trainings from external trainer.
