Job descriptionLead and manage a global team of quality engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their day-to-day activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to align quality goals with project objectives and timelines. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the quality and automation team. Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with various test automation tools such as Java, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Postman, SoapUI, Ready API, Rest Assured, etc. Evaluate and select the most suitable automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing activities. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test cases, focusing on reusability, maintainability, and scalability. Implement and enhance test data management and service virtualization strategies to facilitate efficient testing. Apply your expertise in the insurance domain to understand business requirements and align quality assurance efforts accordingly. Collaborate with product management teams to ensure the execution of quality assurance and automation strategies align with product goals and objectives. Minimum of 20 years of experience in quality assurance and automation, with a demonstrated track record of success and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong background and experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Deep understanding and experience with various test automation tools and frameworks, including Java, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Postman, SoapUI, Ready API, Rest Assured, etc. Engineering mindset with a focus on quality, automation, and continuous improvement. Extensive knowledge of the testing life cycle, including test data management, service virtualization, and risk-based testing approaches. Proven experience in the insurance domain, understanding insurance-specific challenges, and aligning quality assurance efforts accordingly. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities : 1. Quality Assurance and Automation Strategy :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance and automation strategy, considering industry best practices and standards.
- Define and enforce quality assurance processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure the delivery of defect-free software products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing life cycle.
