Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with proven experience in Solar Sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong distributor / channel partner networks, and achieving revenue growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and networking.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
• Support marketing activities, promotional events, and product demonstrations.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Lead and motivate the sales team within the assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Any Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
