Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Kochi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project estimation, conducting research, and engaging in negotiation tasks. The role involves detailed analysis and accurate estimation to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior estimation / fit-out projects
• Strong skills in preparing BOQ and quantity take-off
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and material costing
• Knowledge of residential and commercial interior finishes
• Ability to coordinate with design and site teams
• Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing
• 2-5 Years Previous experience in the interior design industry is a must
