Role Description

Content Creation and Production

  • Shoot and Create UGC (User-Generated Content) Style Video :  Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit original, on-trend short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) in the authentic, native style of each platform.
  • Video Editing Proficiency :  Expertly use mobile editing apps like VN  and / or InShot  to produce high-quality, fast-paced, and engaging video content, including adding text overlays, sound, and visual effects.
  • Content Assistance :  Support the internal team during larger photo / video shoots, including light administrative tasks, prop management, and serving as on-camera talent when required.
  • Graphic Design :  Utilize Canva  to design visually appealing static posts, stories, thumbnails, and other graphic elements that align with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media and Strategy

  • Publishing & Scheduling :  Manage the day-to-day posting of content across all client social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Content Calendar Management :  Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive content calendar  to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all channels.
  • Trend & Algorithm Savvy :  Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
  • Community Management :  Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and managing online reputation.
  • Client and Project Management

  • Client Communication :  Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients , relaying project updates, presenting content plans, and managing feedback loops with professionalism.
  • Content Approvals :  Coordinate internal and external client content approval processes to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Performance Reporting :  Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to provide regular reports on content performance.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience  in social media management or as a content creator, particularly with short-form video.
  • Demonstrable expertise in creating authentic, high-performing UGC-style content .
  • Expert proficiency  with mobile video editing apps like VN  and / or InShot .
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  for client management and compelling copywriting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and a content calendar  simultaneously.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable being on-camera / in-video as the face of various brands.
