Job descriptionPerformance Management : Talent Development : HR Operations & Compliance : Data & Analytics : Bachelor's degree or (Master’s in HR or related field preferred). 8+years of HR experience Strong knowledge of HR Analytics, HR Operations and employee engagement strategies. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Position : Manager – HR
Location : Mumbai – Goregaon East
- Business Partnership :
Collaborate with Operations leaders to understand business needs and deliver solutions to
people. Partner on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles.
Facilitate the performance review process and support managers in feedback and
development planning. Coach managers on performance issues, improvement plans, and
corrective action when needed.
Work with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs.
Support leadership development initiatives and high-potential talent identification.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Collaborate with payroll, compliance, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle processes.
Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
