Akarsh Design, one of Andhra Pradesh’s fastest-growing design and project management firms, is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our multidisciplinary team.

We work on high-impact public projects, including Smart Streets, Municipal Corporation infrastructure, lakefront revitalisation, public realm upgrades, sports infrastructure, and state-level government interiors.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs for urban, infrastructure, and government projects
  • Support DPRs, tender documents, project budgeting, and cost control
  • Work with AP SoR, municipal guidelines, and government engineering standards
  • Coordinate with urban design, architecture, engineering, and site teams
  • Track variations, billing, and reconciliation throughout the project cycle
  • Ensure cost accuracy for fast-paced, design-driven government projects

    • Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Prior experience with AP Municipal Corporations / AP Government projects (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in estimation tools, AutoCAD, Excel, and SoR analysis
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
