As Junior Data Manager on the Data Operations team you will analyse data needs of the company and use your analytical and coding skills to maintain reliable and valid market data. Your role is key in ensuring constancy of standards and collaborating with the wider Data management and other stakeholders to oversee the delivery of accurate, timely and correct data while leveraging knowledge of the Market (prices). You will produce and leverage business intelligence to facilitate and define monitoring and controlling of data related operations to ensure the standards for data services are met. You will collaborate with engineering teams on data product and services development to provide the business with high-quality data.

In details, the position encompasses duties and responsibilities as follows :

• Streamlining data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics and data analysis.
• Developing and maintaining Reference data and Metadata. Creating and managing terminology, valid data and values.
• Defining and implementing data management protocols.
• Maintaining business glossary; recording business rules, standards and quality guidelines.
• Owning and managing the data lifecycle.
• Identifying and resolving market data related issues.
• Becoming the Data Steward of Market Prices and sharing knowledge across the organization.
• Any ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
