This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with distributors to expand market presence.
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations .
  • Apply strong commercial and business development skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering .
  • 4–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Welding & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions.

    • Strong knowledge of Welding processes and NDT techniques

    Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English and local regional language of the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately every 15 days ).
