Software Engineer / Salesforce Developer :
Role Overview :
Salesforce Software Engineer with strong development expertise and hands-on experience in nCino or Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable salesforce solutions with a focus on the banking and lending domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Integrations .Customize and extend nCino Loan Origination System (Loans, Loan Product Packages, Document Manager, Collateral and Covenants).Implement sharing rules, security, approval processes, and maintain compliance with salesforce best practices.Work with product engineers and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.Optimize code for performance, scalability, and governor limits .Support deployments, UAT, and ongoing production issues.Experience Required :
4-7 years of Salesforce platform development experience.At least 1-2 years of nCino or FSC implementation experience. (Good to have).Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, and performance optimization.Hands on experience with integration patterns : REST / SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Product Engineer (Salesforce with nCino) :

Salesforce Product Engineer with strong functional expertise in nCino.
This role is ideal for someone who understands banking and lending processes and can configure salesforce / nCino to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with product standards.
Responsibilities :
Act as a functional expert for nCino Loan Origination System.Configure salesforce flows, approvals, security, nCino UI and forms.Work closely with business analysts to define lending workflows, covenants, collaterals and spreading requirements.Ensure solutions remain upgrade-safe and aligned with salesforce and nCino best practices.Perform functional testing, support UAT and validate end to end solutions.Experience Required :
4-6 years of Salesforce platform experience.At least 2 years of hands on nCino experience.Strong knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, covenants, and collateral management.Ability to configure flows, sharing rules, approval processes, and declarative automation.Basic exposure to Apex and LWC is preferred.Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
