Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Supervisor. The position is located in Mumbai. The Collections Supervisor will oversee daily debt collection activities, manage a team of collectors, develop and implement strategies for recovering debts, monitor and report on collection progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage staff
• Proficiency in using collection software and tools
• Experience in the debt collection industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
