Product Strategy

  • To Develop and refine the product strategy in alignment with overall business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • To Define clear category goals, performance metrics, and KPIs to measure and drive category performance.

Product Roadmap Creation

  • Creating and maintaining a clear and comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and milestones for the product's development and release.
  • Market Research and Analysis

  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Analyzing data to make informed decisions about product features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Margin analysis - Annual budget planning and effective management of marketing and sales team to achieve the annual budgeted target.
  • Product Planning and Prioritization

  • Competitive Landscape analysis and strategy against it. - Research and implementation of business plan
  • New Product Launch (Development)

  • New product launch and Benchmarking of the products against Competition. - Pricing strategies & approvals.
  • Review & approval of promotional activities and collaterals for effective communication of the products.
  • Scheme Designing

  • Designing of Schemes and Loyalty programs for Distributors and End users. - Building the sales channel across India for Astral's adhesive solutions.
  • Product Performance Monitoring

  • Monitoring and analyzing the existing product performance such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize product performance.
