Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Supply Chain Management, located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing the company's supply chain operations, optimizing procurement processes, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain and operations teams. The Head of Supply Chain Management will also lead teams to meet productivity and efficiency targets, maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, and continuously improve the customer experience by aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives.

• Strong background in Operations Management to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and managing cross-functional teams effectively
• Excellent skills in Customer Service to maintain and improve stakeholder relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop cost-effective solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site and actively collaborate with teams in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the cables or manufacturing industry is a plus no
