Role & Responsibility :
We are looking for a highly organized focused After Sales Customer Support Deputy Manager to lead our customer support team and regional service engineers across India. This is a non-technical role focused on people management, customer satisfaction, and service coordination for our oil-free piston compressors market.
Major responsibilities as under :
- Manage customer support team and coordinate with (regional) service engineers
- Pro-active preventive management of field compressors to avoid any breakdown
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests, maintenance schedules, and customer complaints
- Responsible for aftersales stock (orders based on needs prediction, on time delivery, on time supply…)
- Control of prices and discount as per management policy
- Maintain maintenance database and follow up on renewals
- Track service KPIs (response time, closure rate, customer satisfaction) and monthly report of after sales operations to management
- Market Intelligence and analysis and responsible for Key account
Desired Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or related field8 – 10 years’ experience in customer service or after-sales (preferably in industrial equipment)Experience managing regional or field-based teams across IndiaStrong communication, coordination, and people management skillsProficiency with CRM, service tools as well as Excel / ERP tools, (EPICOR knowledge is an asset)Comfortable working with internal cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, finance)Fluent in English and Hindi, and ready to travel PAN India
