Key Responsibilities

  • Manage membership applications, onboarding, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of member records in the system.
  • Handle member inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Proactively reach out to members for renewals, feedback, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide value-added services such as providing key roles in conferences like OCMs and Speakers to members.
  • Prepare and maintain membership reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in executing membership campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of member concerns and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers and candidates with prior experience in membership upselling and operations, customer service, or administrative roles are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or membership management systems is an advantage.
