Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in MS Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing data visualization solutions. Experience in Research and Development is a plus enhancing our innovative projects. This role operates during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced data visualization solutions using MS Power BI to support business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for improved performance and user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of Power BI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards in a timely manner.
• Document processes and best practices for Power BI development to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies to ensure compliance and security of data assets.
• Leverage domain knowledge in Research and Development to create insightful and impactful data visualizations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance data visualization capabilities.
