Job Responsibilities :
- Greet clients warmly, ensuring a friendly environment at the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD) Experience Center.
- Handle front desk tasks and client inquiries efficiently.
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as ambiance, plants / flowers, pantry, safety measures, and housekeeping.
- Supervise external vendors and address disruptions promptly.
- Oversee records of all incoming / outgoing documents, parcels, and couriers.
- Manage and monitor housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office staff attendance, and leave records.
- Act as the go-to person for inventory management and procurement.
- Ensure safety measures and emergency materials are readily available.
- Keep management updated on relevant news or social situations for safety precautions.
- Plan and execute team festivities and manage budget approvals.
- Provide tours of the experience center when required.
Skills and Qualifications :
Masters, Bachelors, or Diploma degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in luxury brands, hospitality, or aviation.Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking abilities and presence of mind.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.Leadership and problem-solving skills.Dedication to client service and attention to detail.
