Role Overview-
As an International Sales Specialist, member will spearhead the international business expansion for Saraswati Global Pvt. Ltd. with a primary focus on acquiring and managing key accounts with big-box retailers, national chains and major importers. The role demands proactive business development, ensuring consistent revenue growth while maintaining profitability. Member will act as a bridge between the global market and internal teams, driving both new client acquisition and long-term relationship management to position the brands strongly in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify, target and develop business with big-box retailers, national retail chains and large importers in key international markets.
- Drive consistent revenue growth with a focus on maintaining healthy profit margins through effective pricing strategies and cost management.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent Saraswati Global at international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer meetings, positioning the brands effectively.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, volumes, payment terms and contracts in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, production and logistics to ensure timely product development, order fulfilment and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to provide strategic inputs on product offerings and market positioning.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of leads, sales activities, order pipelines and client interactions.
- Work towards long-term partnerships with major clients, ensuring both business volume growth and profitability are achieved.
- Will report directly to the Director (Sales & Marketing) and the management for performance review, strategy alignment and key business decisions.
