Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor and Counselor based in Faridabad. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for engaging with potential students and their parents through phone calls, providing information about the institution's courses, programs, and admission processes. The role includes addressing queries, guiding prospects to make informed decisions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Additionally, the Tele-counselor will collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students while upholding the organization's values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, accurate information
• Organizational and record-keeping skills to manage data and follow up
• Knowledge of educational programs or experience in counseling is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills
• A customer-focused approach with empathy and problem-solving abilities
• Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered beneficial but not mandatory
