We’re Hiring : Recruitment Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)
Location : Delhi / NCR (Remote)
We’re building something massive — new D2C and B2B verticals alongside our creative and digital agency brands — and we need a Recruitment Specialist who can help us scale fast.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle end-to-end hiring across creative, tech, and sales teams.
- Source and onboard talent for our agency and new business verticals.
- Work closely with the founders to define hiring needs, job roles, and team structures.
- Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, and Platform like Internshala.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a great candidate experience.
