 Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.

 Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products

 Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.

 Preparing monthly MIS reports.

 Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.

 Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.

 Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like - Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance.

 Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE / BSE, and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
