Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Processing Specialist (Immigration) to manage end- to-end processing. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, liaising with immigration authorities and legal representatives, and ensuring seamless execution of visa and immigration processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication and client servicing skills, and demonstrate accuracy, accountability, and professionalism in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end client processing post immigration advisory, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Guide clients on documentation and procedural requirements for their selected immigration or investment programs.
• Serve as the primary client interface, providing regular updates and addressing queries throughout the process.
• Review client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration regulations.
• Liaise with immigration authorities, projects, and legal representatives for case coordination and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, program changes, and compliance requirements through continuous research.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.
• Support management in operational and processing projects as required.
