Synopsis
The AVP – Human Resources will lead and manage the entire HR function, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulatory frameworks based out of our Nashik Location. Key responsibilities includes HR operations, compliance, employee relations, workforce management and the overall HR leadership
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a harmonious and productive workplace culture through effective engagement strategies.
- Manage an employee span control of over 2,000 individuals across various levels and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor laws and other government regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations related to employee life cycle, recruitment, HRBP, Payroll, L&D, R&R & PMS.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the local leadership teams on HR-related matters.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring effective HR to business alignment.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Minimum 18-20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institutionStrong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, employee relations, and compliance frameworks.Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government bodies.Experience in working for HRIS system will be a plus.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex organizational dynamicsStrategic thinker with a proven track record of driving organizational growth through HR initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.Extensive knowledge of industry HR trends.Skills Required
