About the Role

Seabed2crest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution while ensuring timely delivery of technical deliverables.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, resolve blockers, and drive accountability throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between management and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Plan, monitor, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee day-to-day engineering activities and ensure completion as per quality and timelines.
Identify potential risks or dependencies and proactively work to resolve them.
Conduct regular project status meetings and share progress reports with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Design, QA, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
Implement best practices in project management to track productivity and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to technical and organizational standards across all projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management within a technology or software development environment.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana .

Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss engineering concepts.

Preferred Attributes

PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification (a plus).

Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments.

Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
