We are looking for a Senior Air Ticketing Executive who is equally passionate & has an ability to lead a team who caters to HNI customers.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of flight booking, including ticketing, itinerary management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely information and support to customers regarding flight options, schedules, fares, regulations, and any travel-related queries.
• Proactively monitor flight schedules and handle any changes or disruptions, communicating effectively with customers and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for flight operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process optimizations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Flight Operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel service providers, and other key stakeholders.
