Site Project Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of site projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and success.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Arranging required manpower, equipment, materials, Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory.
• Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory, Conducting site inspections, audits.
• Maintaining project documentation : daily reports, site diaries, quality & safety logs.
• Managing change requests : assessing impact, getting approvals, communicating.
