Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of site projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and success.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
- Arranging required manpower, equipment, materials, Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory.
- Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory, Conducting site inspections, audits.
- Maintaining project documentation : daily reports, site diaries, quality & safety logs.
- Managing change requests : assessing impact, getting approvals, communicating.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in site project management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to use scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, others), cost estimation tools,Budgeting, cost control, procurement, financial reporting.Planning, scheduling, ability to meet deadlines.Handling unexpected circumstances, changes in scope, delays, resource constraints.Knowledge of modern construction techniques, sustainable practices.Education
