Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial audits, tax planning, compliance, and risk assessments, while supporting key decision-making with financial insights. You will play a crucial role in streamlining financial processes, budgeting, and preparing financial statements, all while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Financial Audits & Statements : Conduct thorough financial audits, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Tax Planning & Compliance : Manage tax planning, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations, while identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies.
Budgeting & Financial Planning : Lead the budgeting process, manage cash flow, and provide financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Management Reporting : Prepare regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial insights to guide business strategies.
Risk Assessment : Assess financial risks and offer actionable insights to minimize risk exposure, while ensuring operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Advisory : Work closely with internal teams to align financial strategies with company goals and provide financial guidance to senior management.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience :

3+ years of experience in financial auditing, tax planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience in logistics or technology-driven businesses is a plus.

Skills :

Advanced proficiency in Accounting Software , Financial Modeling , and Data Analysis .

Strong knowledge of Financial Auditing , Tax Planning , Regulatory Compliance , and Statutory Audits .

Expertise in Budgeting , Financial Planning , and Cost Management .

Excellent problem-solving , organizational , and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to provide actionable financial insights for better decision-making.
