Position Summary
The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in managing all aspects of Human Resources for PracticeSuite, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This individual will partner with leadership across departments to ensure HR processes support the company’s culture, operational efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process : job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruiting agencies and job platforms.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Supervise and process payroll accurately and on schedule.Ensure compliance with tax, benefits, and statutory requirements.Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, renewals, and employee inquiries.3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns professionally and confidentially.Support company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary processes.Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives that promote retention and a positive work culture.4. Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance appraisal process and support managers in employee goal setting and development discussions.Assist in developing training programs and learning initiatives to build leadership and technical capabilities.5. HR Compliance & Reporting
Maintain compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal HR policies.Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).8+ years of HR experience, leading recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.Experience in a technology or SaaS organization preferred.Knowledge of India employment laws and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Proficient with HR systems, payroll platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace tools.Why Join PracticeSuite
